How to take Blackberry Handheld Address book backup in Excel


1. Connect Blackberry Handheld into System USB port
2. Microsoft Outlook should be installed in System
3. Open Blackberry Desktop Manager
4. Click on Synchronize Button
5. Go to Configure > Synchronization > Click on Reset Configuration
6. The Current desktop organizer configuration for User with device PIN ********** will be reset. Do you wish to yes?
Click on Yes /NO
7. The Desktop Organizer Configuration for user with PIN 216EC3F! has been reset successfully.
OK
8. Go to Configure > Synchronization then Click on Synchronization
9. Then Windows appear what is Sync with Microsoft Outlok ?
Select Address Book
Click on OK Button
10. Again go to Synchronization Tab
11. Select check box Synchronize Organizer  Data and Run add-in Action only
12. Finally Click on Synchronize
It takes 2-3 minute to complete
13. Open Microsoft Outlook and Go to Contact
14. Click on File Menu and select Import /Export Tab
15. Export in Excel File 2000/2003
16. Give a File name and save file Location.
Now all contact will be save in excel.
